Dear Mom and Dad,
Guess where I'm going today? That's right, you guessed it: I'm going to go find monkeys! I'll let you know how that goes.
This is the last week of the movecall, and its going to be super boring. Everyone in the district is training, and because of the new 12 week program, there is no way we will be moving. The only thing is that is interesting, over 25 missionaries are going home, and over 25 missionaries are coming on. A lot of zone leaders and an assistant are going home, so everyone will be going senior, taking leadership positions, moving around, etc. I fear this is my last few months before I have to be a zone leader or something. I guess it would be fun, but not something I aspire for. I like being a trainer, and being a district leader was cool, but if I could just be a junior companion again, that would be swell.
Zhang Hong Wei is doing well. His parents do not agree to him being baptized yet, but he's still talking to them about it. The ward really likes him, the Bishop and his wife are trying to set up time to go visit his family. He has heard the first 4 lessons, so he'll be interviewed this week for baptism. There shouldn't be any problems. He's great, and he's helping his less active friend come back. His friend actually referred him to the missionaries.
Our RC, Huang Yi Kai, is also doing fantastic. He feels like we did a really good job at preparing him for baptism and teaching him the doctrine, and now he is making friends in the ward. The ward thinks he's great, I definitely see him becoming a leader in the church. He will be recieving the Aaronic Priesthood in a few weeks. The coolest thing is that he has recognized the Spirit in his life, and has mentioned a number of experiences in which he knew he was recieving revelation. Its really awesome.
Feel free to share the story in the Ward New's Letter. He put it on facebook, so it shouldn't be a problem. Hahaha!
I was a little under the weather this week, but nothing crazy. Its just inconvenient. I feel a little better today.
I started writing a letter to Kyle, but I'm still thinking what to say. Yeah.
Please keep praying about me joining the Air Force, I want to know how you feel about it. Just a reminder. We obviously have a lot of time to pray and discuss about it.
Can you pass on a message for me? Tell Max and Sam that I'm really proud of them, and that serving missions will be the greatest experiences of their lives. It makes me relieved that both of them want to serve.
I love you! Have a great week!
