Great Way to End the Summer

Wade and I decided to take an extended trip this last week to St. George. We had never seen Thriller and thought it would be fun to see it at Tuacahn. We left Thursday morning and returned home on Sunday night. The Christensen's, Wade's friends, own a condo that hardly is ever used. They have been telling Wade he could use it whenever it was not occupied. So we finally took them up on their offer. We had beautiful weather and good company so it made for a great weekend. We golfed, played tennis, attended Thriller and ate good food.

Thriller was good but a little weird. I had no idea what to expect except for the Michael Jackson song "Thriller". The dancing was amazing but some of the other acts where a bit bizarre for my taste. I am glad that we have now seen it but will not be running back anytime soon to see it again. I know, it is a holiday favorite for some people and I am glad for you.

When we were in St. George in July we found this restaurant called Anasazi's, a steak house. At that time we thought it was delicious. We decided to try it again to see if it was as good as we remembered, but this time we had to pay. It was just as good. You can have them cook your meat or they bring it raw on a hot rock and you can cook it how you like it. Either way is delicious! Some of the pieces of meat are big so sharing is a good option. If your in St. George and want a good meal (a little pricey) try it, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
