Wheneve a new presidency is put in, whatever the organization, there are certain things that you inherit. Whether you choose to continue with some of those inherited items are your decision. Well, when we were put in, we inherited a quilt being made for each new young women entering Relief Society upon graduation. As a new presidency we discussed it and decided this was a good tradition to continue on with. The last two years we have had two or three young women come into Relief Society. Of course this year it is much different. This year we thought we had eight. Turns out we only have seven. Seven quilts to make. Last year, because of less budget, we made lap quilts instead of full quilts. This was a good decision. Well, they are done. Not only are they done, but they are done before the first week in June. We are so excited and relieved. Next year we only have one to do.
