Dear Mom and Dad,
So guess what? My Chinese is going to get a lot better. Nope, I'm not Senior companion. I moved!!! One move call, and Elder Boud went Trainer!!! I have moved to Zhanghua, which is about an hour south of Taizhong. I am now in the northern part of the mission. My new companion is Elder Sapayan, he's great. Remember telling you about the aboriginal villages that I visited? He is from the other side of those mountains. So, he is Taiwanese, but not Chinese. He's cool, and he seems really dilligent. And I get to speak Chinese all day everyday, that will be an adventure.
Sorry, time is a little short today. Between moving and eating lunch, I'm running a little short on time. But baptism! In my old area, we had a baptism on Saturday, Xie Zhi Zhong. I was in Gaoxiong at the time. While I was serving with Elders Sasine and Westbrook in Gaoxiong, we had another baptism! Xu Jiahao! And they are going to put his name on my Convert Action List. So yay!
Hey Dad, walk me through your mission. When did you go senior, were you district leader, zone leader, trainer, etc. I know you were in the office, I'm super good friends with our Operations Manager. My old companion, Elder Jensen! I was just curious about your experience, now that I'm a missionary, I obviously will understand the lingo.
I'm an uncle!!! It sounds like Jenn is letting you be involved with the baby, that's good. Braiydn? Thats an interesting spelling, but its a good name. What does Kyle think? I'm excited, I'll totally babysit when I get home. I'll talk to Elder Sapayan so he can help me pick a good Chinese name.
Shijian daole! Wo ai ni! Wo xiage libai hui gen ni jiang bijiao duo! Byebye!
